Send your job details through the enquiry form
Our enquiry form is the best way to reach us. Please include the site address, suburb, the type of sign, the height or access challenges, and whether the job is installation, removal, servicing or a lift-related callout. If you have photos, measurements or a drawing, add those too. It helps us quote properly and send the correct crew first time.
We work for sign makers only, so if you are looking for rigging support on a project in Cape Town or Johannesburg we can coordinate around your production schedule and site timing. Please mention any municipal permit conditions or building rules, especially for busy CBD sites or retail centres.
Areas we cover from Paarden Eiland to Gauteng
Our crews are based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town and Johannesburg, and we regularly work in Bellville, Somerset West, Paarl, Johannesburg CBD, Sandton, Midrand and the East Rand. We also travel across the Western Cape and Gauteng for repeat maintenance visits, face changes, sign relocations and emergency callouts.
- Cape Town and surrounds, including coastal sites where salt air affects fittings
- Johannesburg and outlying business districts with taller access requirements
- Industrial parks, retail centres, forecourts and warehouse frontages
What to include for a faster reply
The more detail you send, the easier it is for us to respond with the right plan. If the sign is on a building facade, pylon, gantry, roof edge or billboard frame, say so. Let us know if power needs to be isolated, if lighting access is required, and whether the site is active during trading hours. A clear photo often saves a site visit, though some jobs still need a proper inspection.
- Site address and nearest suburb
- Type and size of sign, if known
- Preferred dates and any access limits
- Photos, drawings or lift details
- Any safety or permit requirements
Response times and scheduling
For normal enquiries we aim to come back within one working day, and often sooner during business hours. Emergency callouts are handled as quickly as possible, subject to crew availability and site access. Jobs in Cape Town and Johannesburg can often be scheduled quicker than out-of-area work, but we do our best to keep turnaround times practical across the Western Cape and Gauteng.
If your job is urgent, say so on the form and note whether the site is open, partially closed or locked after hours. That helps us decide whether scaffold access, platform work or a return visit is the best option.
Safety, access and site coordination
We plan each job around the site conditions on the day. That means checking access routes, parking, overhead hazards, weather exposure and whether a lift, scaffold or controlled work zone is needed. Our crew is trained for safety, first-aid and rigging work, so we arrive ready to manage the practical side of the job without slowing down your own team.
If your site has specific rules for induction, loading bays or crane lifts, mention them on the form. It saves time on arrival and helps us keep the job moving safely.
Working with sign makers, not against them
We do rigging only. That means no competing retail sign sales, just the hands-on work of getting signs installed, removed, serviced and back in place correctly. Many of our clients use us as their behind-the-scenes crew for repeat maintenance visits, billboard face changes and relocation work. If you are a sign shop with regular projects, this is the easiest way to keep contact in one place.
Send the form when you are ready and we will take it from there. A clean brief, a clear site address and one or two photos is usually enough to start.
